Our partnership with Landcare Australia has been invaluable to supporting landowners to care for the land through improved environmental conservation activities. Gallagher pledged with Landcare Australia to complete 150 fencing grant projects by 2026, which we are on track to achieve. The Gallagher Landcare Electric Fencing Grant has continued to grow year after year. 2023 marks the fourth year of our partnership with Landcare Australia, inspired by a commitment to supporting local communities and the environment. James Link, Head of Corporate Partnerships at Landcare Australia stated, “This year (2023), we witnessed an overwhelming response with many more applicants than funding available, who are passionate in sharing their vision to achieve tangible environmental or sustainable agriculture outcomes. Landcare Australia is proud to support the outstanding recipients who are dedicated to exclude threats to native plants and animals, enhancing water quality and restoring farm dams.
