Procedure for returning a repair Please fill out the Service Repair Form with all known details and include a copy with the return. Fill out a separate form for each item you are sending. Please enclose a copy of your customer’s proof of purchase for warranty repairs. Contact your Customer Service Representative on 1800 425 524 to book in parcel collection. Your Customer Service Representative will provide you with address labels (connote) and a booking reference number. Ensure the item you are returning is packed safely, with sufficient packaging to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Warranty and repair process

Orders exceeding $650 are delivered free into store*

Terms Strictly 30 days from date of statement or at our option, Cash with Order or C.O.D. Prices Prices are subject to change without notice. Returns No goods accepted for credit after 21 days of date of despatch unless prior notification given. Freight Orders exceeding $650 are FIS excluding Crates, Handlers, Platforms. Orders less than $650 or for Weigh Crates,Handlers and Platforms are FOB Epping Melbourne VIC with preferred carrier to be nominated. Title Title of the goods remain with Gallagher Australia Pty Ltd (the Company) and does not pass to the purchaser until paid for in full, and in the event that a debtor of the Company enters into Receivership, Liquidation or a Scheme of Arrangement with their creditors, then all goods purchased from the Company and still in their stock at that time, remains the property of Gallagher Australia Pty Ltd until all invoices have been paid. Energizer repairs Repairs sent via post are at the senders care. For high value products it is strongly recommended to ship via courier. Within 48 hours of our team receiving your repair package, we will evaluate the item and then contact you to discuss options for repairs, trade up or disposal. Warranty repairs will be processed and returned ASAP.
